We have a [14-day] return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note that any items sent back to us without prior authorization (without contacting us first) will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Refunds

If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and in some circumstances may takes up to 14 days after the refund has been processed by us.
