1. Order Processing Time

  • How We Handle Your Order: All orders are processed at our warehouse.

  • Processing Duration: Orders are typically processed, packed, and ready to ship within 3 business days.

  • Exceptions: Processing times may be longer in the event of stock shortages, payment verification issues, or during holiday/sale peaks. Should any delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable logistics carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UniUni, and GOFO) to ensure your purchases are delivered safely. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days!

Please Note:

  • The "Estimated delivery time" is not a guarantee and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit, but you are welcome to email us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.

  • The delivery time begins once the package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can use this tracking number on the carrier's official website to check the status of your delivery in real time.

4. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your address! You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address (including street, unit number, city, state, and ZIP code) at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, you must contact us before your order ships, or you can cancel the order for a refund and place a new one. We cannot change the address once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
